privacy

We value you as a customer and respect your privacy. Wild Ink Press will not disclose any information to anyone about you. We don’t sell or rent customer names or use your information for any purpose other than to mail our newsletter, new products and specials. When we do send you mail, you always have the option of removing your name from Wild Ink Press’ mailing list.

payment

We accept payment by credit card or check. Full payment is due before orders will ship from our online store. We charge sales tax in the state of California.

shipping

Orders from our online store are usually shipped within 2-5 business days after order is placed. Unless express shipping is selected, items will ship via USPS. Occasionally, some items may be backordered or sold out. If this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know, and give you a future ship date or refund.

returns & refunds

Your satisfaction is our main concern! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we'll be happy to provide you with a full refund or exchange for any unopened/unused merchandise. For custom orders we are unable to refund your purchase however, we will reprint if it was our error.

intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, all materials that appear as part of this site are intellectual property owned or controlled by Wild Ink Press. You may download or copy the contents and other downloadable materials displayed on our site for your personal use only. You may not reproduce publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, in whole or in part, any of the contents, the site, or any of our stationery designs.
